To enhance your Neos experience, a maintenance update is scheduled for Tuesday, the 2nd of September at 9:30 PM ET. There will be no customer downtime, and users can continue using the application as usual during the update.

To enhance your Neos experience, a maintenance update is scheduled for Wednesday, the 13th of August, at 9:30 PM ET. There will be no customer downtime, and users can continue using the application as usual during the update.

To enhance your Neos experience, a maintenance update is scheduled for Monday, August 4th at 9:30 PM ET. There will be no customer downtime, and users can continue using the application as usual during the update.

To enhance your Neos experience, a maintenance update is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30th at 9:30 PM ET. There will be no customer downtime, and users can continue using the application as usual during the update.

To bring you exciting new Features and Enhancements, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Monday, July 21st, from 9:30 PM to approximately 1:30 AM ET, with typical downtime for individual firms lasting less than 15 mins during this maintenance window.

 During this window, you may experience intermittent or inconsistent behavior within the application as the update is gradually rolled out to your region. We recommend that users save their work frequently, especially when working with larger changesets, to avoid disruptions during the progressive update process.  Thank you for your attention and understanding!

We will be performing a scheduled deployment on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at approximately 9:30 PM ET as part of our regular system improvements.  This update is designed for zero downtime and is expected to have no impact on your access or ability to use Neos.
