To enhance your Neos experience, we will be performing a maintenance update on Monday, November 17th at 9:30 PM ET. There will be no customer downtime, and users can continue working in the application as usual throughout the update.

To bring you exciting new features and enhancements, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, November 12th, from 9:30 PM to approximately 1:30 AM ET. Typical downtime for individual firms is expected to be less than 15 minutes during this maintenance window.

During this time, you may experience intermittent or inconsistent behavior within the application as the update is gradually rolled out across regions. We recommend saving your work frequently—especially when making larger changes—to help avoid disruptions during the progressive update process.

To enhance your Neos experience, a maintenance update is scheduled for Monday the 3rd of November at 12:00 PM ET. There will be no customer downtime, and users can continue using the application as usual during the update.

To enhance your Neos experience, a maintenance update will take place on Monday, October 27, at 4 PM ET. There will be no customer downtime or visible UI changes, and users may continue working in Neos without interruption during the update.

During this window, you may experience intermittent or inconsistent behavior within the application as the update is gradually rolled out to your region.
