We will perform a maintenance update on Neos on Thursday, February 19, 2025, beginning at 9:30 PM ET. This update will complete with no downtime. Users may continue working in the application as usual throughout the process.

To enhance your Neos experience, we’ll be performing a maintenance update tonight, February 17, beginning at 9:30 PM ET. This update will be completed with no customer downtime, and users may continue working in the application as usual throughout the process.

To enhance your Neos experience, we’ll be performing a maintenance update tonight, February 12, beginning at 9:30 PM ET. This update will be completed with no customer downtime, and users may continue working in the application as usual throughout the process.

To enhance your Neos experience, we’ll be performing a maintenance update tonight, February 10, beginning at 9:30 PM ET. This update will be completed with no customer downtime, and users may continue working in the application as usual throughout the process.

To bring you exciting new features and enhancements, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, February 4th, from 9:00 PM to approximately 1:00 AM ET.

The Neos application will be unavailable to all users from 9:00 PM ET to 10:00 PM ET.

Important: At the end of your workday on February 4th, please be sure to save all work, close all Neos tabs, log out of the system, and close your browser to avoid any disruption.
