Neos - Assembly Software - Notice history

Hello,

We will perform a scheduled maintenance release for Neos on Sunday, September 13, 2026, beginning at 9:30 pm ET to deploy an application update.

Maintenance Window: Sunday, September 13th, 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM ET

Expected Impact: Brief application downtime, approximately 15 seconds. You will be logged out of Neos and will need to log back in to continue working.

To avoid any disruption, please save any work in progress and log out of the application prior to the start of the maintenance window. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

To bring you exciting new enhancements, we will be performing a scheduled release on Tuesday, July 21st, beginning at 9:30 PM ET. No downtime is expected — you can continue working in Neos as usual. These enhancements will be available to all firms on the morning of Wednesday, July 22nd.

Important: At the end of your workday on July 21st, please be sure to save all work, close all Neos tabs, log out of the system, and close your browser so the new enhancements load properly the next time you log in.
