We will be performing a brief, expedited maintenance release on the Neos platform tonight to deliver an application update. During this window, our application will be temporarily unavailable.

Maintenance Window: Tonight, April 13th, 11:30 PM – 12:00 AM ET (April 14th)

Expected Impact: Neos will be unavailable during this time, and users will be automatically logged out.

To help ensure a smooth experience, we recommend saving any work and logging out of the system prior to the maintenance window at the end of your workday. We truly appreciate your understanding.

To bring you exciting new features and enhancements, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Monday, March 30th, from 9:30 PM to approximately 1:00 AM ET.
