    This incident has been resolved. All systems operational. We will continue to remain alert if the incident returns with mitigations.

    Users should now begin to regain access to Neos, as mitigation efforts have been confirmed effective. Some intermittent issues may still occur as the global rollout progresses. We continue to actively monitor the situation and apply mitigation strategies as needed

    We are currently applying our mitigation changes into production in parallel of Microsoft's rollback changes. We will provide updates within the next hour.

    Microsoft has initiated a rollback deployment of their 'last known good' configuration and we hope to see signs of recovery soon. Meanwhile our mitigation efforts have moved into the QA environment and we are moving forward as an alternative solution if necessary.

    Microsoft has identified the issue with their global network availability and are currently working to resolve the issue. Azure status page is https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status . We are continuing to implement mitigation strategies in the meantime to get our customers up and running as soon as possible. We will post an update within one hour with any additional updates.
